Dark wave duo Lebanon Hanover will return to Zagreb on March 20, 2026, performing at Boogaloo more than three years after their last appearance in the city. The concert will see the band present material from their latest album “Asylum Lullabies”, released in mid-2025.
Formed in 2010, Lebanon Hanover consists of Larissa Iceglass and William Maybelline, whose music blends cold wave, post-punk and darkwave influences into a distinctive, melancholic sound. Their work often reflects themes of modern alienation, drawing inspiration from both urban and natural environments, as well as the aesthetics of 1980s alternative culture.
Over the years, the duo has built a strong international following, with tracks such as “Gallowdance,” “Alien,” “Die World” and “Totally Tot” becoming staples among fans of darker electronic and alternative music. Their releases on Fabrika Records have further positioned them alongside key names in the contemporary darkwave scene.
The Zagreb show will also feature Jim E. Brown as a special guest.
Tickets are available via Hangtime starting at €31, with prices rising to €35 on the day of the event if any remain. Hard copy tickets can also be purchased at Dirty Old Shop.
The concert marks another opportunity for local audiences to experience one of the most prominent acts in modern darkwave live.
