Breakaway Music Festival will return to Minnesota June 6-7 at Allianz Field’s Great Lawn. Two-day tickets go on sale February 21. Last year marked the festival’s first stop in Minnesota (and was a first step for live music at Allianz Field). Breakaway continues to grow each year, with six new stops added to this year’s tour and more than 20 artists.
This year’s headliners are Midwest born and raised John Summit, DJ and record producer Tiësto, and singer and DJ Alison Wonderland. The local lineup brings Caiked Up back to Breakaway, along with Christian Baca, Gemini Danger, and Zella. Sirius XM’s Bobby Hendrickson will return to host.
The festival offers several activities beside the main stage, with lounges offering games and giveaways sponsored by various beverage companies, apparel from Loose Lucys and Resistol, and samples and VIP giveaways from MCoBeauty. There will also be a silent disco featuring music from local artists.
Tickets start at $134 for two-day general admission and $310 for travel tickets. Upgrades are available for experiences like the Space Deck, a multi-level platform that sits above the VIP section with a view of the main stage with access to premium food and beverage, and VIP and Ultra VIP packages.
