Eddy Palermo expresses his excitement about BPMATHON, stating, “The fusion of endurance running with the magic of music is my passion. Inspired by others running shorter distances while DJing, I thought, ‘Why not push the limits and run 50K?’ This combination will certainly push me beyond my perceived boundaries.”

A Personal Journey

Born in Miami to Cuban and Italian parents and raised in Weston, Florida, Eddy’s journey has been influenced by his deep passion for music and sports. He discovered his love for electronic music at a young age and later became deeply involved in Miami’s vibrant club scene. Over the years, he completed an impressive 14 endurance races, including seven Ironman competitions and seven marathons, using sports as a foundation for personal discipline and resilience.

Eddy emphasizes the motivational core behind BPMATHON: “This is not just a challenge for me. It’s about inspiring others to pursue their passions or take up running. If I can motivate even one person to step outside, enjoy nature, and embrace an active lifestyle, then I consider this a success.”
