Mochakk and Compton-born Channel Tres have joined forces on an electrifying new single titled ‘Neckwear,’ recently released through MOTRAXX and Bose Records. This collaboration brings together two distinct flavors of modern house music, perfectly timed as Mochakk gears up for the final leg of an exhilarating 2026 tour.
Kicking off with a lively arrangement of hi-hats and claps, ‘Neckwear’ swiftly transitions into a robust percussion groove designed for the big stage. Channel Tres delivers his verses with his signature relaxed flow, seamlessly blending into the rhythm as his deep baritone weaves in and out: “Throw something in the air one time, I know you see my neckwear, I’m a f*cking don.” The synergy between Mochakk’s vibrant beats and Channel Tres’s distinctive vocal style creates an intoxicating soundscape that captivates listeners.
This release caps off an impressive summer for Brazilian producer Mochakk. Following standout performances at Coachella, he brought his innovative Tricks & Tracks series to Brooklyn, New York, on August 28. There, he hosted a thrilling block party at Brooklyn Banks, which was followed by sold-out sets at Under the K Bridge and RUINS at Knockdown Center within the same weekend, showcasing his prowess in curating remarkable dance music experiences.
Mochakk’s Busy Fall Continues at ADE
Mochakk shows no signs of slowing down as the year progresses. After a Mochakk Calling edition in São Paulo on October 3, he is set to bring the series to Amsterdam, where a sold-out performance at the newly reopened Gashouder is scheduled for October 23 during the highly anticipated ADE festival. In addition, he will be gracing the cover of Vogue Man Netherlands in the same week, marking a significant milestone in his career.
Part of this new chapter includes an exciting partnership with Bose, wherein he has collaborated on this release and will also participate in an exclusive invite-only performance in Amsterdam as part of a new live music series introduced by the brand. The collaboration with Channel Tres further exemplifies Mochakk’s ambition this year—bringing together artists from diverse ends of the dance music genre and melding their styles into something undeniably unique.
Mochakk, whose real name is Pedro Maia, burst into the international scene in 2023 with his hit track ‘Jealous’ released on Circoloco Records. His subsequent body of work, including the ‘Locomotiva Ibiza 2099 I & II’ EP, has reinforced his position as a key figure in the electronic music landscape. In 2025, he made waves with his debut on Ninja Tune via the ‘From the Stars’ EP, as well as an official remix of PinkPantheress’ ‘Noises.’ His double release on Disorder Records further solidified his reputation. Mochakk continues to be a resident DJ at DC-10 in Ibiza as part of the Circoloco family, and his Mochakk Calling event series has seen sold-out editions in cities like New York, Miami, London, Lisbon, and São Paulo, culminating in a standalone festival in Malta last year.
