German electronic music producer and composer Apparat is set to perform live at Tvornica Kulture in Zagreb on Monday, April 13, bringing one of the most distinctive sounds in contemporary electronic music to the Croatian capital. Doors open at 20:00, with the concert scheduled to begin at 21:00. Ticket prices are currently €29, increasing to €34 closer to the event.
Born Sascha Ring, Apparat first emerged through the electronic music scene with a style rooted in elegant and atmospheric techno. Over time, his sound evolved into something far more expansive, blending electronic textures with cinematic arrangements and emotionally driven songwriting.
Alongside his solo work, Ring is widely known as one half of the influential electronic trio Moderat, whose latest album “More D4ta” was released in 2022 on the Monkeytown label. Earlier in his career, he also collaborated with Ellen Allien on the album “Orchestra of Bubbles”, another project that helped shape his artistic direction.
Throughout his career, Apparat has consistently blurred the boundaries between club music and concert performance, creating compositions that work both on the dancefloor and in more intimate live settings.
His upcoming Zagreb show promises an immersive performance showcasing the depth and emotion that have defined his music for more than two decades. 🎵
