Pokémon is taking its 30th anniversary celebration into the live music world with a pair of arena concerts led by Marshmello.
The Pokémon Company International announced “Pokémon Night Out,” a two-city concert experience set for fall 2026, where EDM star Marshmello will open the show, with support from Alison Wonderland. The gigs are scheduled for Oct. 24 at Intuit Dome in Los Angeles and Nov. 10 at The O2 in London.
The performances mark the first time Pokémon has partnered with major EDM artists for a live concert concept, blending custom music sets, immersive stage production and Pokémon-themed visuals.
Tickets for the Los Angeles show go on sale April 17 at 10 a.m. PDT via Ticketmaster, while tickets for the London event go on sale the same day at 10 a.m. BST through AXS. Both shows are open to fans ages 16-years-old and older.
The concerts are part of Pokémon’s broader, year-long “What’s Your Favorite?” campaign celebrating 30 years of the franchise. According to The Pokémon Company International, the goal is to create new ways for fans to connect in person through shared experiences built around the brand.
“The ‘What’s Your Favorite?’ campaign was designed to bring people together through a shared love of Pokémon – with immersive experiences like ‘Pokémon Night Out,’ we’re leveraging the power of music to unite Trainers across our global fan community,” said Taito Okiura, vice president of marketing and media at The Pokémon Company International.
Okiura added that Marshmello and Alison Wonderland were a natural fit for the project because of their existing ties to the franchise and their ability to help turn the event into an audiovisual celebration of Pokémon’s nearly 30-year history.
Alongside the concerts, fans can also expect commemorative “Pokémon Night Out” merchandise from Pokémon Center, with select items available online and in limited quantities on-site.
Pokémon is also expanding the anniversary push beyond late-night arena shows. Family-focused “Pokémon Day Out” events are planned for summer 2026 in Bordeaux, New York City, Dresden and Mexico City, offering a more kid-friendly complement to the nighttime concert series.
