From March 21 to 28, 2026, Tomorrowland’s world-renowned winter festival, Tomorrowland Winter, made its highly anticipated return to Alpe d’Huez, once again transforming the snow-covered mountains into a breathtaking destination where music, nature, and people from across the globe came together.
This year’s edition stood out in many ways, especially with the striking alpine backdrop complemented by plenty of sunshine and fresh snowfall, creating an enchanting atmosphere. Imagine early afternoon sessions on picturesque slopes, vibrant après-ski gatherings, and mouthwatering French cuisine, all culminating in powerful DJ performances from the world’s top electronic artists. The energy throughout the week was euphoric, blending magical scenery with the unifying spirit of music.
With more than 22,000 People of Tomorrow embracing the experience, attendees engaged in skiing and snowboarding while discovering an array of spectacular stages. This year, Tomorrowland Winter rolled out intriguing new stage concepts, including the innovative ORBYZ and a brand-new Mainstage. The iconic The Cage stage also received a significant technological makeover, unveiling a redesigned floating sky and enhanced sound powered by AREAL.
Festivalgoers were treated to exhilarating performances as over 150 world-class artists graced the decks. Memorable highlights included electrifying sets by Agents of Time, Axwell, Charlotte de Witte, Coone, Dimitri Vegas, Henri PFR, Lost Frequencies, Malaa, Mind Against, Miss Monique, Mosimann, Netsky, Nina Kraviz, Novah, Ofenbach, Steve Angello, among many others. Each artist brought their unique sound to the stage, helping to elevate the energy throughout the festival.
As is tradition, the magic of Tomorrowland Winter extended even beyond the main stages. Attendees experienced spontaneous moments and delightful surprises, from secret pop-up parties scattered across the resort to unannounced back-to-back sets. Festivalgoers found themselves dancing in the most unexpected locations—from a church to a bakery—turning everyday settings into unforgettable experiences.
Central to this year’s festival was the remarkable crowd itself—a vibrant international community united by a shared love for music and adventure. From dancing at over 2,000 meters above sea level to intimate gatherings and post-slope celebrations, the People of Tomorrow truly embodied the spirit unique to this event.
