Faithless Kicks Off Heritage Live Festivals 2026
Dance music icons Faithless will ignite the concert series at the spectacular Englefield Estate on Thursday, July 23, as part of the Heritage Live Festivals 2026. This three-day musical extravaganza runs from Thursday to Sunday, providing a vibrant mix of performance, artistry, and community spirit.
Faithless: A Legacy in Electronic Music
Faithless, formed in the mid-1990s, quickly established themselves as a pioneering force in electronic music. Known for their unique blend of dance music and thought-provoking lyrics, the group celebrates 30 years of musical influence this year. Their debut album, Reverence, introduced them to the world, featuring groundbreaking singles like Insomnia and Salva Mea. Their subsequent album, Sunday 8PM, received a Mercury Music Prize nomination and included the iconic hit God Is a DJ.
The journey of Faithless is remarkable; their discography includes ten Top 10 singles and six Top 5 albums in the UK and Europe, with three reaching Number One. Their compilation album, Forever Faithless – The Greatest Hits, achieved four-times Platinum status, contributing to their global sales of over 20 million albums.

The Heritage Live concert series doesn’t just feature Faithless. The excitement continues with Richard Ashcroft headlining on Friday, July 24. Following his striking performances with Oasis during one of the most significant tours in music history, Ashcroft will take the stage alongside fellow musicians Shed Seven, Tom Meighan, and The Kairos.

Saturday, July 25, sees the return of the celebrated Ministry of Sound Classical, which promises a unique orchestral celebration of dance music. The evening will be supported by very special guests such as Example, Roger Sanchez, Tall Paul, Seb Fontaine, and Utah Saints, each promising an unforgettable performance that melds electronic beats with classical elements.

The festival concludes on Sunday, July 26, with Reggae at Englefield, headlined by UB40 featuring Ali Campbell. Guests such as Bitty McLean, Gentleman’s Dub Club, General Levy, Bushman, and Channel One Soundsystem are anticipated to elevate the atmosphere, ensuring the festival ends on a high note.
