Legendary electronic music label Global Underground is marking its 30th anniversary with the release of THIRTY. This expansive compilation features 30 brand-new, exclusive tracks from some of today’s most respected names in progressive house, melodic techno, and underground electronic music.

Scheduled for release on September 25th, THIRTY celebrates three decades of a label that helped redefine DJ culture by showcasing world-class artists through destination-based mix albums recorded in iconic clubbing cities around the globe. This innovative approach set a precedent, positioning Global Underground as a pioneer in the electronic music scene.

The anniversary release brings together an impressive lineup, including Guy J, Nicky Elisabeth, Yulia Niko, HotLap, Spencer Brown, Danny Howells, Nick Warren, Quivver, Dave Seaman, and Rodriguez Jr., along with a special collaboration between Nadia Ali and Frankey & Sandrino.

Founded in 1996, Global Underground quickly rose to prominence as one of electronic music’s most influential labels. They paired internationally renowned DJs with unforgettable locations, masterfully documenting both the music and atmosphere of cities worldwide, such as Tokyo, New York, and Ibiza. The series catapulted DJs from behind the booth into internationally recognized artists, changing the landscape of electronic music forever.

Global Underground founder Andy Horsfield explained the ethos behind THIRTY: “With the release of our landmark anniversary THIRTY album I was determined to look forward not back, so we set about commissioning 30 brand new exclusive pieces of music from 30 of our favourite contemporary electronic artists.”
