Illuminate LIVE returns March 1, 2026 with over 125 free concerts through November.
Illuminate LIVE, a free concert series at the Golden Gate Bandshell in Golden Gate Park, returns beginning Sunday, March 1, 2026, offering more than 125 free performances between March and November. Concerts are held primarily on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays with select Saturdays added throughout the season.
A free, neighborhood-powered music festival taking over Mission porches.
SF Porchfest returns as a free, neighborhood-run music festival in San Francisco’s Mission District, featuring 18 stages and over 100 performers across porches, stoops, and storefronts. The block-party style event runs from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Saturday, May 30, 2026.

The historic Golden Gate Park Band performs on Sunday afternoons at the iconic bandshell in Golden Gate Park. The shows start at 1 pm and run until 2:30 or 2:45 pm, and you can expect a large brass band composed of local musicians.
