UK techno maestro ADRIANNA has released a progressive techno remix of her track ‘Clarity’ by acclaimed German producer Christian Smith. The remix is out now via her own imprint, TMPL Music.
As part of a dynamic lead-up to her highly anticipated album ADRIANNARCHY, set to drop on 23 October, this remix is the fourth installment in a seven-week remix series. The series showcases the work of techno heavyweights like T78, Wehbba, Alex Stein, Drunken Kong, and The Obsessed, each contributing their unique spin on ADRIANNA’s tracks.
ADRIANNA has rapidly established herself as a powerhouse in Europe’s electronic music scene, captivating crowds with her masterfully precise productions and electrifying DJ sets. Supported by industry luminaries including Charlotte de Witte, Adam Beyer, Joseph Capriati, and Nicole Moudaber, she has gained recognition across various platforms, gracing the cover of Vicious Magazine and receiving accolades from DJ Mag Netherlands, DJane Mag, and both Mixmag Brazil and Mixmag Germany.

Christian Smith, the Swedish-born, Germany-based techno DJ, producer, and label head, brings over two decades of experience to the table. Renowned for his groove-driven techno style, Smith has made a name for himself with releases on prestigious labels including Drumcode, Filth On Acid, and Bedrock, and through his own label, Tronic. His music frequently tops Beatport charts and features prominently on major Spotify playlists.
Beyond his studio work, Christian Smith has performed at the world’s leading clubs and festivals while hosting Tronic events globally, with notable performances in cities like Tokyo, Detroit, Los Angeles, and a celebrated 15-week residency in Ibiza’s Eden.

Christian Smith shared his thoughts on remixing for ADRIANNA, stating, “I really enjoyed remixing ‘Clarity’ for ADRIANNA! I rarely work with vocals, and it was a lot of fun to make a progressive version of this song that is both hypnotic, but also has a phat groove.”
The remix of ‘Clarity’ begins with an assertive tone, featuring a low, rumbling bassline, rolling hi-hats, and a driving techno kick. As an arpeggiated melody filters in, ADRIANNA’s ethereal vocals ascend to the forefront.
With a runtime slightly over six minutes, this track offers a hypnotic journey through texture and atmosphere, steadily building towards crescendos and introspective breakdowns before culminatively fading into ethereality.
