Eli Brown is making waves in the music scene yet again, joining forces with one of the dance music industry’s brightest stars, Dimension, to release “Frequency.” This track marks the fourth single from his highly anticipated debut album, ‘Panic Attack,’ set to drop via Insomniac Records on November 13, 2026. “Frequency” pays homage to their shared drum & bass roots, seamlessly merging their sonic worlds into a dynamic collective sound.
A proud product of Bristol’s pulsating underground scene, Eli Brown has established a notable presence in electronic music, continually innovating on his own terms. His journey began in the heart of UK warehouse culture, captivated by rave tapes and the infectious rhythms of breakbeat dance floors. This early immersion deepened his obsession with sound and led him to explore various musical avenues.
Fast forward two decades, and Brown’s career is marked by a string of hits as one half of the drum & bass duo Loadstar and as the mastermind behind Xample. However, his artistic vision soon evolved, leading him to delve into techno’s more experimental terrains. Today, he stands as one of the defining artists in the genre, known for productions that not only resonate with underground roots but also push boundaries in unexpected ways.
“Frequency” is not just another track; it serves as both a tribute to the origins of Brown’s artistry and a testament to the unique techno sound that has come to define his presence in the music landscape. This collaborative effort with Dimension brings Brown’s legacy to the forefront, offering listeners a deeply personal experience through the power of music.

Born in London, Dimension is a Spanish-British producer known for redefining modern electronic music. His catalog is recognized for its innovative blend of drum & bass with broad club appeal, making him a formidable figure in the electronic landscape.
The collaboration between Brown and Dimension in “Frequency” is an explosive joint venture that captures the essence of two musicians merging their artistic spirits. With a captivating hook that weaves through driving, acid-tinged techno, a dramatic melodic bridge, and an adrenaline-pumping drum & bass finish, the track epitomizes the incredible synergy between these two artists.
Eli Brown reflects on this collaborative process:
“Rob (Dimension) and I have been mates for ages, more than 10 years by now. I’ve always loved his stuff and would consider myself one of his earliest supporters. Back when I was still playing drum n bass, I played his tunes all the time in my sets, and vice versa. We’ve actually never been in the studio together, so working on Frequency and releasing it on my debut album is super special. I absolutely love the track and think it brings the worlds of techno and drum n bass together perfectly.”

“Frequency” arrives at a pivotal moment in Brown’s career as he prepares to unveil ‘Panic Attack‘, envisioned as a reflection of his journey through sound and culture. The upcoming album promises a deeper exploration of Brown’s artistry, capturing the diversity of influences that have shaped his evolution from underground phenomena to international sensation.
Set against the backdrop of a chaotic and noisy world, Panic Attack aims to transport listeners away from the mundane, inviting them to lose themselves in the euphoric experience of the dancefloor. The album seeks to evoke the carefree spirit of raves, emphasizing liberation and escaping reality through music.
“Frequency” serves as a critical piece in the ongoing narrative of “Panic Attack,” following in the footsteps of earlier singles such as “Electrify,” “It’s Like That,” and “Damaged.” This series of releases continues to build anticipation for the full album, highlighting Brown’s escalating creative journey.
Brown is currently amidst his ‘Panic Attack‘ Album World Tour, with performances lined up at iconic venues such as Factory Town, Concourse Project, and Electric Brixton. His upcoming headline show at City Market Los Angeles will transform the venue into a vibrant warehouse-style rave, set to host over 10,000 fans.
Dimension, in tandem, is preparing for the WORSHIP North American Tour, featuring fellow artists from his collective, including Sub Focus, Culture Shock, and 1991. This tour will culminate in a series of memorable performances across major cities, ensuring that audiences experience cutting-edge electronic music at its finest.
