Sally C Zagreb finally becomes reality on May 15 as the Belfast-born, Berlin-based selector makes her first appearance in the Croatian capital for the third edition of Diskodelikt at Peti Kupe.
Over the last few years, Sally C has quietly become one of the most recognizable names within contemporary underground house music, building a distinct sound rooted in vintage house, hip house, acid and breakbeat-driven club energy.
Whether through her DJ sets or her respected label Big Saldo’s Chunkers, she has developed a musical identity centered around groove, pressure and timeless dancefloor movement rather than trend-driven festival aesthetics. Her “chunky” sound — raw, warm and rhythmically addictive — has made her a regular guest at institutions such as Panorama Bar and Robert Johnson, while also taking her to major festivals including Melt, Awakenings and Warehouse Project.
The Sally C Zagreb appearance marks another important booking for Diskodelikt, a project increasingly shaping its own identity within Zagreb’s underground nightlife through carefully selected artists and a stronger focus on dancefloor atmosphere over spectacle.
Joining the lineup is Belgrade selector Nevena Jeremić, whose sets move fluidly through soul, boogie, disco and house with a style balancing curiosity, technical precision and emotional flow. Influenced by artists such as Theo Parrish, Jeremić approaches DJing less as genre mixing and more as storytelling, slowly building narratives that resonate both on and beyond the dancefloor.
Her appearances on platforms including Rinse FM have further positioned her as one of the more interesting selectors emerging from the regional electronic scene.
Completing the lineup is Elena Mikac, continuing the local connection within a night built around groove-heavy selections, dynamic pacing and club-focused energy.
According to organizers, the space inside Peti Kupe will also be arranged differently than previous Diskodelikt editions, with particular attention placed on changing the flow and dynamics of the dancefloor itself. Rather than simply presenting another club event, the concept appears focused on reshaping how the room feels and moves throughout the night.
That approach fits naturally within Peti Kupe’s growing reputation as one of Zagreb’s more carefully curated electronic music venues — a place where sound, atmosphere and spatial experience increasingly matter as much as the lineup itself.
For fans of house music rooted in groove, rhythm and genuine dancefloor connection, Sally C Zagreb at Diskodelikt already feels like one of the standout underground bookings of the month.
