Uchi began her musical journey through the Dead Air program on the University of Miami’s WVUM 90.5 FM. Her knack for spinning tracks at underground parties soon garnered attention, earning her spots at significant Miami events like III Points and her innovative Cyborgs party at the iconic Electric Pickle. As a DJ, her dark, mystical sounds resonated with audiences, allowing her to tour Europe extensively, even performing multiple times at the notorious Berghain in Berlin.
In 2016, Uchi took the leap to move to Berlin, a city synonymous with cutting-edge electronic music. It was her first show at Panorama Bar, Berghain’s sister venue, that marked a turning point in her career.
