This weekend, a major free EDM concert will take over the San Francisco waterfront. Embarcadero Plaza will host multiple DJs, playing a daytime concert on Saturday to celebrate a local record label’s anniversary.
Here’s what to know about the exciting EDM show.

The four-hour daytime show will start at 1 pm on Saturday, May 9, and last until 5 pm in Embarcadero Plaza. Headliner Mark Farina is known for his Chicago house and acid jazz mixes, while DJs Colette and DJ Heather will play a back-to-back performance.
About Om Records
Om Records is a Bay Area-based record label known for its house music and for representing EDM artists. Some of the label’s artists include Mark Farina, Kaskade, and Groove Armada. Over the past 30 years, the label has had over 700 releases.
What to know before the concert
The concert is expected to draw large crowds to the Embarcadero, so we recommend taking public transportation, as parking in the area is limited. The show welcomes all ages, and you can RSVP online in advance. Embarcadero Plaza is just across from the Ferry Building, and we recommend grabbing some food or coffee at one of the many restaurants in the marketplace. A few of the offerings include burgers from Gott’s Roadside, Hog Island Oyster Co, and coffee from Blue Bottle.
