A Night of Rhythm and Resonance at Soundwavs at the Park
This month, our adventure took us to the vibrant heart of South Lake Union for a special celebration hosted by the White Rabbit Group—Soundwavs at the Park. This lakeside rave was not just an event but an experience that seamlessly blended live performance with the captivating backdrop of Lake Union. As we bid farewell to the summer season of 2026, headliners like JSTJR and Louis The Child, along with a lineup of over a dozen other talented artists, graced the stage, bringing the energy and excitement that defines Seattle’s dynamic music scene.

Weathering the Elements
In true Pacific Northwest fashion, the weather greeted event-goers with its typical gloominess. Light rain intermittently graced the area during the initial hours, but spirits remained high. Fortunately, by six o’clock, the clouds parted, revealing a stunning sunset that cast a warm glow over the Puget Sound. The evening not only provided mesmerizing performances but also allowed attendees to bask in the ambience created by the reflection of the Seattle skyline and the Space Needle on the water, beneath a sky transitioning from gray to twilight.
A Feast for the Senses
Upon entering the venue, it was evident that the White Rabbit Group had meticulously planned for this grand finale of the Soundwavs series. The dual-staged approach—featuring both the Soundwavs and Hiyu stages—kept energy levels soaring and eyes glued to the artists’ vibrant performances. At the Soundwavs stage, a hefty sound system paired with multiple LED visual walls created an electrifying atmosphere that perfectly complemented the music. Meanwhile, the Hiyu stage, a modified ferry boat, boasted a Void Acoustics sound system, which ensured crystal-clear audio quality for all who stepped aboard.

Beyond just the music, the 21+ event featured an array of food and drink options to satiate every taste. White Rabbit Group embraced the summer vibes with culinary offerings from local food trucks, allowing attendees to enjoy delicious bites alongside their favorite beverages. Our Saturday night with the White Rabbit Group and the Seattle EDM community was nothing short of spectacular. Arriving at the venue, we were pleasantly surprised by the minimal lines and swift service for both food and facilities. The ample space allowed for dancing and socializing with fellow Seattleites, creating a communal atmosphere that resonated with joy and excitement. From the first beat dropped to the last notes played, the event was an unforgettable experience filled with non-stop music and good vibes.
