AURA Festival Bulgaria returns from June 19 to 21 with its most ambitious edition to date, unveiling a new venue, expanded production and a lineup built across the full spectrum of contemporary electronic music culture.
For 2026, the festival moves into Sofia Airport Park, transforming the large-scale outdoor location into a multi-stage immersive environment designed to operate from sunset until sunrise across three consecutive nights.
The move marks a major step forward for the festival, which has rapidly grown into one of Eastern Europe’s most talked-about electronic music destinations over recent years.
Presented under the concept Temple of EOS, this year’s edition expands on the festival’s evolving visual identity by centering themes of light, reflection and transformation. According to organizers, each night has been structured as part of a larger progression unfolding gradually throughout the weekend rather than functioning as isolated standalone events.
That philosophy extends directly into the production itself.
AURA Festival Bulgaria promises large-scale stage architecture, immersive visual installations and an expanded overall capacity designed to create a deeper and more physically immersive festival atmosphere than previous editions.
Musically, the lineup balances global festival headliners with harder underground energy across multiple genres and scenes.
Leading the 2026 edition are Armin van Buuren, Dimitri Vegas, ALOK, Mahmut Orhan, 999999999 and ¥ØU$UK€ ¥UK1MAT$U, reflecting the festival’s increasingly broad programming approach that moves fluidly between melodic electronic music, progressive sounds, techno and high-intensity rave culture.
