Dom Dolla, the prodigious DJ and producer from Melbourne, has made waves recently by achieving a remarkable feat: selling out his upcoming show at Marvel Stadium. What’s particularly impressive is the speed at which the tickets vanished—presale allocations were gone within hours, and remaining tickets were snapped up almost instantly once general sales began. This moment represents a significant milestone in the music scene, not just for Dolla, but for the Australian electronic music landscape as a whole.
The highly anticipated show is scheduled for September 24 and is set to debut Dolla’s new stadium production. According to promoters Untitled Group and Frontier Touring, the excitement surrounding this event is what makes it one of the most pivotal moments in the history of Australian electronic music.
“Untitled Group has been part of Dom’s journey from the very start of his career, and to watch him sell out Marvel Stadium in his hometown is a moment we’ll never forget,” remarked Nicholas Greco, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Untitled Group. “This puts electronic music in Australia firmly on the global map and is a historic moment for Dom, for Melbourne, and for electronic music fans across the country.”
This sellout comes on the back of a phenomenal trajectory for Dom Dolla. Just two years prior, in December 2025, he made history with a record-breaking debut at Allianz Stadium in Sydney, filling the venue to capacity. He also took center stage at Madison Square Garden, performing to over 30,000 fans across two sold-out nights.
In the summer of 2025, Dolla completed an impressive 10-week residency at Hi Ibiza, consistently ranked as the world’s top nightclub. Not stopping there, he made his film soundtrack debut with the track “No Room For A Saint,” featuring Nathan Nicholson, which is part of the much-anticipated F1 movie soundtrack.
Born Dominic Matheson, Dom Dolla has seen his music stream over 1.5 billion times globally. His impressive collection of awards includes four ARIA Awards for Best Dance/Electronic Release and the inaugural ARIA Global Impact Award, presented by Spotify. His collaborations have not gone unnoticed, with tracks like “Rhyme Dust” featuring MK and “Eat Your Man” with Nelly Furtado making significant chart impacts. Notably, “Dreamin’” featuring Daya rose to No. 5 on Billboard’s Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart, marking his highest chart position, while “Forever” with Kid Cudi debuted at No. 9. Dolla also earned a Grammy nomination for his innovative remix of Gorillaz’s “New Gold,” featuring Tame Impala and Bootie Brown.
