Thievery Corporation are heading to Croatia next summer for two special performances at St. Michael’s Fortress in Šibenik, with both dates already completely sold out.
The celebrated American duo will take over the historic open-air venue on July 22nd and 23rd, 2026, as part of a global tour marking 30 years of Thievery Corporation.
Known for their unique fusion of downtempo, dub, bossa nova, trip-hop, reggae, lounge and world music influences, Rob Garza and Eric Hilton have spent three decades building one of electronic music’s most distinctive catalogs. Since emerging from Washington D.C. in the mid-1990s, the pair have cultivated a devoted international following through acclaimed albums such as The Mirror Conspiracy, The Richest Man in Babylon and Saudade.
The announcement of two consecutive nights in Šibenik immediately generated strong demand, resulting in both performances selling out well in advance. The concerts are expected to attract fans from across Croatia and the wider region, further reinforcing the reputation of St. Michael’s Fortress as one of the country’s premier concert venues.
Perched above the Adriatic Sea and overlooking the historic city of Šibenik, the fortress has become renowned for hosting world-class artists in a spectacular open-air setting. Its unique combination of history, architecture and panoramic views continues to make it one of the most sought-after concert locations on the Croatian coast.
The upcoming performances form part of Thievery Corporation’s anniversary celebrations, offering audiences an opportunity to revisit three decades of genre-defying music that has consistently blurred the boundaries between electronic production and global musical traditions.
With tickets no longer available, the two Šibenik dates are shaping up to be among the most anticipated concerts of Croatia’s 2026 summer season. 🎶🌅🏰
